Mad For Laughs: Weekly Comedy Events

Jakarta’s English-language comedy club, Mad For Laughs, has announced its October schedule, offering a month full of laughs to cure the spooky season blues. Since launching in 2024, the club has built a vibrant community of locals and expats through weekly stand-up shows and open mic events, with a mission to grow the city’s comedy scene.

This October, events take place every Sunday at Mad For Coffee Cipete from 4 to 6 PM. The line-up includes: 

Open Mic: 12, and 19 October 2025
A welcoming space for emerging and seasoned comics to test new material and gain experience performing in front of a live audience.

Showcase: 26 October 2025
Curated events where experienced comics present their strongest material, giving audiences a polished and entertaining performance.
