Sana Sini Restaurant at Pullman Jakarta Indonesia offers a dining experience across five culinary destinations, covering Indonesian, Japanese, Chinese and Western specialities, alongside a dedicated dessert selection. The restaurant’s latest Destination Dining collaboration welcomes LèTen by Paradise Dynasty to Imperial Steam throughout November. The partnership introduces four signature dishes that put the spotlight on two much-loved Chinese staples: Xiao Long Bao and La Mian.
For fans of soup dumplings, the selection includes Crab Roe Xiao Long Bao, known for its rich savoury character, and Black Truffle Xiao Long Bao, which adds an aromatic twist to the classic. Both showcase the careful preparation behind these delicate parcels, particularly the thin wrapper that needs to hold the filling and soup intact.
Moving on to the noodles, the two La Mian dishes offer contrasting flavours. La Mian with Spiced Beef in Signature Soup pairs hand-pulled noodles with tender beef in a deeply flavourful broth. Those who enjoy a more pronounced kick can go for La Mian in Szechuan Hot and Sour Seafood Soup, where tangy and spicy notes meet a savoury seafood combination. Together, the four dishes offer a taste of LèTen by Paradise Dynasty’s Chinese specialities within Sana Sini’s dining experience.
There is much more to explore across the restaurant’s five culinary destinations. Rempah Raya serves Indonesian favourites, Nami & Nori focuses on Japanese specialities, Ember & Vine is dedicated to Western grills, and Imperial Steam covers Chinese cuisine. The Sugar Lab completes the selection with an assortment of sweet creations. Each destination has its own live kitchen, with dishes prepared à la minute for diners.
Destination Dining also features collaborations with established food and beverage brands. After its previous partnership, the programme now introduces LèTen by Paradise Dynasty as its latest guest collaborator with Boga Group. Each partnership adds new signature dishes to Sana Sini’s culinary selection.
The LèTen by Paradise Dynasty collaboration runs from 1 to 30 November 2026 at Imperial Steam, Sana Sini Restaurant, as part of the Destination Dining experience at Pullman Jakarta Indonesia – Thamrin. The one-world dining experience starts from IDR 350,000++ per person, with an additional IDR 250,000++ per person for guests who wish to explore all five culinary destinations. The restaurant welcomes diners from Saturday to Thursday, 6pm to 10pm.
