Diners can indulge in the rich and earthy Arroz Meloso de Setas con Trufa Negra y Queso Manchego (Paella with wild mushrooms and black truffle) priced at IDR 550,000++, the ocean-inspired Paella de Mariscos con Lomos de Pargo Rojo Soasados y Alioli de Gambas (Seafood Paella) at IDR 750,000++, or the indulgent Paella de Erretxuleta a la Parrilla con Alioli de Tuétano y Chips de Ajo (Paella with Txuleton) at IDR 1,350,000++.
