Nothing will make a house look more glamorous than fine quality crystal. Those who are looking for luxury chandeliers or other lighting options made from crystal should stop by at Senayan City where the Egyptian crystal manufacturing company Asfour Crystal has opened its first showroom in Indonesia.

Brought to Indonesia by leading furniture company Infico, Asfour Crystal introduces a wide variety of classic, contemporary and modern designs for lighting, accessories, chandeliers and more, all of which come with perfect precision and both coloured and clear crystals. First established in 1961 in Cairo, Asfour’s products can be found in many iconic buildings and landmarks around the world, including Masjidil Haraam in Mecca.

When most people hear the word “chandelier”, they probably think of classically styled foyers or opulent dining and living rooms. However, in the Asfour Crystal Lighting Gallery in Senayan City, they will be amazed by the great selection of contemporary chandeliers that will easily find a place in contemporary and modern-styled rooms. The chandeliers not only add light, but grandeur to a room.
The showroom also presents a range of other luxury lighting options, including floor lamps, table lamps, wall sconces and flush mounts. Asfour Crystal in Indonesia will regularly launch and add new designs to meet its customers’ taste.

Here, visitors can also find various shapes of crystals, such as an Aladdin teapot and other decorations with a Middle Eastern or Egyptian touch. In addition, you can also order your own desired crystal design, which will then be given a perfect finish by Asfour.

For the opening of the showroom, Infico also collaborated with Indonesia’s prominent fashion designer Ghea Panggabean who created a special edition table lamp infused with an Indonesian touch: for this limited collection, Ghea combined Sumatra’s songket with Asfour’s premium crystals.

“I see that Indonesian people’s interest in crystal is high and the demand is constantly increasing, therefore this country is a huge market for us,” said Abdelrahman Asfour, Business Development Manager of Asfour Crytals. “In fact, I think Indonesia and Egypt are quite similar countries, especially when it comes to taste, lifestyle and need for grandeur.”
