The Aryaduta Hotel Group is currently undergoing a robust brand transformation that includes smartly designed properties with integrated leisure facilities and breakthrough food concepts. The group will begin this transformation through extensive renovations at its current properties while adding a second tier hotel brand. The rebranding also involves Indonesian artists and celebrities as brand consultants.

To reestablish the recognition of innovative dining concepts in the early 1990s, the Aryaduta Hotel Group collaborates with local celebrity chef Rinrin Marinka, the host of Asian Food Channel’s Wonderful Indonesia Flavours. She will design a signature menu of contemporary Indonesian cuisine unveiled quarterly at Aryaduta Hotels throughout Indonesia. Her first menu was launched on 23 and 24 February at Aryaduta Jakarta.

Rinrin who was born in Jakarta, got her start in the culinary world at a young age. She relocated to Australia to obtain a French Cuisine and Patisserie degree from the Sydney campus of Le Cordon Bleu. Once she returned to Indonesia, Rinrin soon realized that Indonesia’s culinary world contained many great stories waiting to be told and presented to a wider audience.
