This year, Avenzel Hotel and Convention celebrates the year of Water Rabbit with gratitude and hope for prosperity and happiness by presenting various programs.
Chinese New Year is a happy and lively festival. To heighten the festival atmosphere, Avenzel Hotel and Convention welcomes its guest to relish the start of the Water Rabbit year with interesting events. At the hotel’s signature All Day Dining restaurant, guests can enjoy the Lunar Prosperity Buffet, both dinner on 21 January and Lunch on 22 January, starting at 11 am for lunch and 5 pm for dinner.
Before savouring the special menu, guests will be entertained with an attractive show of barongsai (a lion dance) and a performance of the traditional Chinese musical instruments gu zheng and erhu. Guests can also find out and consult about this year’s luck with a fortune teller provided by the hotel.
What’s more special, on 22 January, a guest star Roy Kiyoshi will enliven the celebration and guests have the opportunity to consult with these well-known psychics with limited space
Furthermore, guests will also be invited to delight in the Yee Sang Ceremony, a typical appetizer for Chinese New Year celebrations. All of these dishes can be enjoyed for only IDR 225,000 nett/pax. A special offer for those who want to order 8 pax, you will get 10 pax. And if you plan to stay overnight, special rates are available starting from IDR 1,088,000/night/room with a superior type, including breakfast and a special Chinese New Year celebration dinner. Guests who stay overnight will also get lucky angpou (red envelope) which can be picked up at the meihua tree in the hotel’s lobby.
