After three months of temporary closing on their dine-in service, Ismaya Group finally reopened its restaurants, cafes, bars, and lounges as the city government allowed culinary establishments in the city to operate during the transition of new normal.

A few months back, the culinary umbrella of the number of top dining establishments in Jakarta has managed to serve plates to everyone through online delivery services and continue the effort to support their staffers during the devastating pandemic that forced many to lose their jobs.

Stronger than ever, Ismaya has been reopening the dine-in service at various locations gradually since 9 June, welcoming back their guests to enjoy delicious foods, sophisticated drinks, and have fun at its restaurants, cafes, bars, and lounges in the city. Back in business whilst keeping in mind the health and safety regulations, Ismaya puts the highest priority on ensuring that all staff are healthy to work and have not been in contact with any individuals with symptoms.

With more outlets set to reopen at various times in the following weeks, each culinary brand has taken extra precautionary steps on customary practices including practicing physical distancing, wearing face masks, and latex gloves that have become mandatory part of their uniform and sanitizing shared surfaces after every use.

The standard of cleanliness includes hand sanitizers which has also been made available at all stations around outlets. On the table, guests will be provided with a single-use “Welcome Kit” that holds utensils, napkins, and how to order information to minimise contact between individuals.

In the effort of getting back to adjust social life to the ‘new normal’, guest orders will be processed using a QR code system to avoid physical contact and people are also encouraged to use electronic payment systems even though the cash payment remains available.
