The certified status has recognised Archipelago’s commitment to keeping guests and employees safe and healthy by implementing several very effective ‘new normal’ safety standards across all their hotels.

The Covid-19 has hurt the travel industry in the vulnerable stage and ‘Safe Travels’ protocol aims to rebuild guests confidence by bringing together industry leaders and partners to implement the best available guidelines on health and safety.
The hospitality company that owns the properties including ASTON, The Alana, Huxley, Kamuela, Harper, Quest, and NEO will prioritise the health protocols as the warrant for their guests. To avoid the industry from falling to Covid-19, Archipelago International has invested the budget to fulfil the standard for health protocols at each member of the brand.
