Amuz Gourmet Group recently introduced its new venue to highlight Italian food that you can enjoy casually yet still get a wonderful feeling of  togetherness and enjoyment.

Italian cuisine offers a wide range of incredibly diverse dishes. The best part of all these sumptuous dishes is that they are made from fresh and simple ingredients, from high-grade olive oils to fresh vegetables and delicious cheeses to aromatic wines, combined together in just the right proportions

Another intriguing factor is that people love to go to Italian restaurants just to enjoy the often homey comfort food they can eat every day and never feel bored! Italian restaurants usually never fail to create a fresh and appetizing communal atmosphere, enhancing the best ways to enjoy the food. Foodies feel fascinated by Italian culture and heritage which make the Italians normally very family oriented, and always have a personal approach to doing things they’re passionate about, and also have the kind of lifestyle that involves many people.

This is clearly interpreted by Caffe per Tutti, a new Italian restaurant in Jakarta that is resolved to bring a truly Italian atmosphere. It is clearly visible from the façade of the restaurant which evokes the atmosphere of a Tabacchi Café which is widespread across Italia –normally selling cigarettes – but despite their common look, they always have some kind of surprise as each tabacchi in Italy is done differently by its owner– reflecting their personal likings, family, culture and heritage. The doors and windows take their form from the building façade, reminding us of the wonderful streets in Italy.

A display of famous Italian magazines and newspapers in the style of the giornale (newspaper shop) presents an Italian atmosphere in the sight of the office people passing by, in line with the coffee shop around the corner where customers can easily order Italian-style coffee or even just smell the freshly baked bread. Standing in this coffee shop allows watching the chef while he expertly bakes pizza in the large oven.

The pizza menu at this restaurant is not to be missed which its unique 48-hour aged leavened dough creating authenticity.  You can try one of its specialties, Pepper Tuna, rare cooked sushi grade pepper tuna, dried tomato, rocket salad, olives, artichoke, marinated cherry tomato, and fresh ricotta cheese that cover the dough.

What best sides to go with your pizza? This restaurant will suggest you its L’ Insalata Di Cesare (Caesar Salad) with parmesan flakes and delicious Caesar dressing with additional grilled chicken and La Bressola di Manso con Rucola & Parmigiano (cold) which contains beef bresaola, rocket and parmesan dressed in a tangy lemon and extra virgin olive oil vinaigrette.

Caffe per Tutti is all about enhancing the flavours and tastes of the original ingredients used, thus keeping simplicity at its best by organizing it beautifully. It’s a relish when tasting their pasta and risotto. Chitarra La Bolognese, homemade spaghetti noodles with different textures and heaps of minced meat in tomato sauce and Ai Gamberi, risotto cooked in a rich prawn stock served with grilled king prawns, rucola, and shaved parmesan is the colourful classic Italian tastes that always impress. You can also get the real delight of comfort food with the I Porcini & Tartufe, a light creamed risotto with porcini mushroom and truffle essence as well as Baked Beef Meatballs in Pomodoro sauce and mozzarella cheese.

The bar in the main dining area is the place to enjoy special cocktails & mocktail creations, spirits and a selection of wine by the bottle and the glass. You can also bring your dessert order to the bar to savour La Panna Cotta alla Fragolla with Vanilla Ice Cream or traditional Tiramisu.

Caffe per Tutti is an ideal place to share good moments with friends. It’s a place which invites everybody to celebrate togetherness and have fun in the cafe, based on its meaning Caffe per Tutti is a café for everybody!
