Debuting in mid-May, his 200-seat bistrot functions as a Manhattan neighborhood staple, shifting from a bright lunch spot into an intimate evening retreat for cocktails. The interior reflects this versatility, using warm lighting and open seating to create an environment that feels just as right for a working lunch as it does for a late-night date.
The menu centers on American comfort food refined by French and Italian techniques. This “classic with character” approach offers the precision of high-end dining without the fuss, seen in dishes like the Cheddar Jalapeño Croquettes and Chicken Schnitzel with tarragon beurre blanc. The Mushroom & Truffle Pasta adds a polished depth to Italian flavors, while the Duck Confit with green curry highlights a global influence that feels uniquely New York.
The bar program rounds out the identity, featuring a list of familiar cocktails updated with house-made bitters and seasonal infusions to ensure the drinks are approachable but never boring.
