His career began in culinary and Food & Beverage, giving him a deep appreciation for flavours, textures, and the small details that make a hotel stay memorable. That background has shaped his holistic approach to operations and guest experience. Colleagues know him as a commercially driven leader with a knack for strategic repositioning, successful business turnarounds, and building high‑performing teams.
