This year, Fairmont Jakarta elevates Ramadan with a series of iftar experiences and Ramadan hampers curated to bring people together through food, tradition and the comforting feeling of home.
At Spectrum Restaurant, guests can enjoy The Grand Middle Eastern Iftar Buffet, inspired by the rich flavours of four countries which each week highlights a different taste. Starting with a Lebanese Feast from 18 to 22 February, featuring the vibrant flavours of Lebanon. It then moves to Flavours of Morocco from 23 February to 1 March, where warm spices and slow-cooked dishes take centre stage. From 2 to 8 March, guests can enjoy The Saudi Nights, highlighting the bold and aromatic tastes of Saudi Arabia. The journey ends with The Grand Turkish Iftar from 9 to 15 March, celebrating rich Ottoman-inspired flavours and classic Turkish favourites. The experience is priced from IDR 728,000,-++ per person.
Meanwhile, 1945 Restaurant presents Ramadan Across the Indonesian Archipelago under the direction of its new Chef de Cuisine, Chef Yopi Tumeru. His weekly menus celebrate regional Indonesian cuisine, from the bold tastes of Manado and Padang to the comforting classics of Java and the vibrant spices of Bali and Lombok.
The journey begins with The Taste of Manado from 18 to 22 February, showcasing the bold and vibrant flavours of North Sulawesi, before moving into Javanese Heritage from 23 February to 1 March. From 2 to 8 March, the experience continues with Padang Epicurean Feast and concludes with Flavours of Bali & Lombok from 9 to 15 March. Available from IDR 628,000++ per person.
For guests wishing to host a more private gathering, Fairmont Jakarta also offers private iftar dining in its function rooms. Suitable for family occasions or corporate events, the setting combines elegant surroundings with a selection of traditional and international dishes. Reservations are available for groups of at least 30 guests.
In addition to its dining experiences, Fairmont Jakarta introduces a collection of Ramadan hampers under the theme The Blissful Essence of Home. The hampers feature a selection of homemade cookies (Nastar, Kastengel, Diamond Chocolate Oatmeal Raisin, Orange Almond Biscotti, and Choco Chip Palm Sugar), stuffed dates, artisan chocolate, and, in the premium set, a travel prayer mat. Prices start from IDR 888,000++.
