The hotel is on the 9th to 12th floors of the mixed-use Transport Hub part of the Dukuh Atas transit-oriented district. Located at Jl. Juana No.37, Dukuh Atas, Central Jakarta, it has 90 rooms of 3 types, namely Studio 23, Studio 28, and Studio 33, in addition to supporting facilities such as 3 MEETSPACE, EATSPACE, and THE PLATFORM rooftop bar with a view of the city.
As a hotel carrying the concept of contemporary art, ARTOTEL Hub Simpang Temu collaborated with popular young Indonesian artist Kris Sutardjo, AKA Irsky. Known for his unique use of colours, objects and materials inspired by 80s architectural style, he created an artwork for ARTOTEL Hub Simpang Temu with the theme of ‘Rendezvous’, depicting a place where a group of people gather together. The artwork can be enjoyed by guests in the lobby area, The Platform Rooftop Bar, and hotel rooms.

Beyond the fulfilment of accommodation needs, the hotel will also offer a new spot for both business and casual meetings, especially for urbanites and young Jakartans who want to enjoy the city’s atmosphere. With a strategic location in the city centre, ARTOTEL Hub Simpang Temu is easily accessible using integrated modes of transportation, ranging from Jabodetabek Train, LRT, Trans Jakarta, and MRT.
Erastus Radjimin, Founder & CEO of ARTOTEL Group proclaimed the hotel to be an achievement of collaboration between Artotel Group and MRT Jakarta. “We are very confident that it will become a new destination for the people of Jakarta and surrounding areas who want to transit or just meet with colleagues in a place easily accessible by public transportation,” he said, “And of course, it will become a new icon in the centre of Jakarta, because of the concept of art and today’s lifestyle that we carry as the hallmark of our hotel network, particularly ARTOTEL.”
“In line with MRT Jakarta’s aim to build an Integrated Area in Dukuh Atas and accelerate the city regenerator initiative, we are proud of the opening of ARTOTEL Hub Simpang Temu,” stated President Director of PT ITJ, Ferdiansyah Roestam. “In developing this project, ITJ and ARTOTEL have not only focused on developing modern facilities and infrastructure in a mixed-use building, but also innovative designs that are aligned with sustainability values.”

“We hope that the presence of Artotel Simpang Temu in the Transport Hub can support the activities of Jakarta’s urban community who want a close, safe, comfortable, and affordable mixed-use building facility that supports the lifestyle and mobility of urban communities,” concluded President Director of PT MRT Jakarta (Perseroda) Tuhiyat.
In conjunction with the opening of the hotel, ARTOTEL Hub Simpang Temu presents room promotions with prices starting from IDR 950,000 per night, which includes breakfast for two people.
