MINQ Kitchen is De La House’s newest dining venue which recently filled the row of dining outlets in Senopati, offering dim sum options, roasted duck and chicken, seafood, clay pot and congee. Those looking for a quick lunch fix, the dedicated special lunch menu has all the right options, such as Wonton Noodles and Hainan Rice with topping choices char siu chicken, poached chicken, salted egg shrimp, kung pao chicken and Thai spicy fish.

Drinks at this restaurant include house favourites, such as a variety of Chinese tea, bubble tea and and an assortment of juices and smoothies. At 5pm, bar with modern and elegant interior located on second floor serves wide range of cocktails.'

MINQ Kitchen embraces the fusion and evolution of cultures, while still respecting and valuing passed down traditions. The dining area is decked with Terrazzo-motif flooring, and the wooden and rattan chairs. The side wall is decked with rows of folding gates topped with signage, reminiscent of Chinese shop storefronts. Guests are given proud in enjoying the food with eclectic dinnerware porcelain produced during the Ming Dynasty that paid attention on how food was presented.
