The outbreak of Covid-19 has become depressing day-by-day for people and communities. Fear and anxiety about the risks can be overwhelming, causing a wide range of emotional responses. Even worse, not knowing what you don’t even know can put you into greater anxiety for those who are panic-prone. Check out what you can do to keep your mental health well. 

Jakarta Area

HIMPSI, better known as, Indonesian Psychology Association is a professional psychology organisation founded in 1959 dedicated to improving the quality of people’s lives. During this vulnerable time, the organisation does not only offer advice for maintaining positive mental health but also organise fund raising to provide relief items and medical equipment for health workers. Health information and advice can be accessed through self-help treatment in a form of audio guides and phone counselling as well with psychologists.

West Java Area

Head and connect to himpsijawabarat.org if you are living in the Western Java areas. HIMPSI JABAR covers a lot of areas ranging from Bekasi, Sukabumi, Garut, Majalengka, Tasikmalaya, Cirebon, Sumedang, Bandung, Cimahi, Kuningan and Bogor. 

Central Java Area

HIMPSI JATENG are also available if you are somewhere in Central Java. This organisation offers online treatment programmes for psychological issues relating to the impact of Covid-19.
