This month on 24th, The Ritz-Carlton Jakarta Pacific Place is proud to welcome chef Yann Bernard Lejjard with his remarkable dishes back in town.
The experienced chef who has worked in various Michelin-starred restaurants across Europe and received 1st Ranked Chef for Saudi Arabia in the British magazine “FOUR-The World Best Food Magazine”, will colouring the evening with a gastronomic five-course art dinner at Pacific Restaurant. Prices start from IDR. 1.500.000 ++ per person inclusive with wine pairing and IDR. 998.000 ++ per person for food only.
In conjunction with The 2016 Bazaar Art Jakarta, Chef Yann will also a host a YBL Pop-up Restaurant which will be located at The Ritz-Carlton Ballroom, level four from August 26th to 28th and offer an exciting a la carte menu of starters, mains and desserts for culinary enthusiasts.
