The latest installment, ‘Treasures of Sigi,’ takes guests on a captivating exploration of the natural legacy of Sigi, reflecting the earth’s riches from the heart of Sulawesi. Nestled in Central Sulawesi, Sigi is a regency brimming with ancient forests, sacred lakes, and vibrant communities, all whispering captivating stories.
This pop-up experience promises an unforgettable encounter with Sigi’s essence, where nature’s legacy intertwines with captivating narratives to create a lasting impression. “The Sigi government, as a proud member of Lingkar Temu Kabupaten Lestari (LTKL), collaborates with various stakeholders, including indigenous communities, local entrepreneurs, and passionate local youth, in a collective effort to preserve our forests and biodiversity. Through initiatives like ‘The Treasures of Sigi,’ we weave together the threads of art, culture, and culinary heritage to promote a nature-based economy and sustainable ecotourism,” remarked Ristika Putri Istanti, Head of the Secretariat of LTKL.
The ‘Treasures of Sigi’ serves as a pivotal platform to amplify its message to a broader audience, especially strategic stakeholders in Jakarta. It raises awareness and fosters connections between Sigi and the public, highlighting the district’s abundant biodiversity, vibrant arts and culture, and immense potential for nature-based culinary and ecotourism destinations in Indonesia. “We deeply appreciate the commitment of The Dharmawangsa and are grateful for the opportunity to showcase Sigi to the world,” said Mohamad Irwan, Head of Sigi District.
The event, in collaboration with Javara Indonesia and Lingkar Temu Kabupaten Lestari (LTKL), will feature an array of activities, including talk shows, workshops, dining experiences, and brunch, all curated to showcase the beauty and depth of Sigi and its culture.

Supported by Lingkar Temu Kabupaten Lestari (LTKL) and Javara Indonesia, Chef Julio and his team have created a menu that celebrates the essence of Sigi, showcasing the region’s diverse ingredients and traditional cooking techniques.
