The Festive Season celebration at Gran Meliá Jakarta offers mesmerizing events and a wonderful atmosphere. Starting with the lighting of its Christmas Tree on 1 December, Gran Meliá Jakarta is inviting its guests to celebrate the festive season during this month. Guests will feel the joy of the season from its iconic lobby which transformed into a Christmas Village Market filled with scintillating lights, gold seasonal decorations, a magnificent Christmas tree, and a life-sized gingerbread house to its signature restaurant Café Gran Via.
Special on 24th and 25th, Café Gran Via offers an extraordinary gastronomic journey with Christmas Eve Dinner and Christmas Day Brunch. For a New Year’s Eve celebration, the hotel will host an extravagant party of Latin Fiesta, offering an unforgettable experience compiling the very best of Salsa, Latin music, DJ Performance, and a tantalizing buffer dinner at Café Gran Via and Lobby Lounge on 31 December.
In light of the festive celebration, the hotel also introduces the Festive Season charity program, in aid of the 91 children’s orphanage from Yayasan Pondok Taruna. A dedicated giant gingerbread house at Christmas Village Market showcases and sells handcrafted Christmas decorations made by the children, of which 100% of sales and profits from the purchase will be donated to the Yayasan Pondok Taruna.
