From Asia to America and beyond, Australian brunch has become the booming food trend, and Indonesia is no exception. Newly-opened restaurant Seed has introduced the art of cultivating foods in its  Australian-inspired brunch.

Delicious, filling and very healthy, brunch never tasted so good at SEED. Photo by Raditya Fadilla/NOW!JAKARTA

Located on Jl. Kemang Raya No.88, Seed aims to prepare the tastiest, healthiest and most environmentally friendly diet possible. Jakarta has already had dozens of Australian-style restaurants but nothing quite like Seed that offers their simple and sophisticated version of brunch all day long.

Green Hummus reveals a unique taste and flavour. Green hummus salad is served alongside chickpea fritters, pickled beetroot, halloumi cheese and seed dukah crisps in French dressing.

Diners are encouraged to try Kale on Eggs, which is a dish with sunflower seed puree, poached eggs, multi-seed bread made of flax, pumpkin, sunflower seeds and oats. Be sure to also try the Mexican Chicken & Waffle; a crispy fried chicken featured with peri peri hollandaise sauce topped with poached eggs may not be able to resist.
