Helmed by Executive Chef Agus Stiono, the restaurant will showcase over 18 brand new dishes featuring local ingredients and cooking techniques. Some of these include Ayam Lawar (chicken cooked Balinese style mixed with vegetables and grated coconut), Ketoprak (Betawi traditional food containing rice cake, tofu, glass noodle, bean sprout and peanut sauce), Soto Ayam (chicken soup), Roasted Apple Salad, Prawn Bisque, Sate Campur NSNTR (mixed skewers), Braised Lamb Shank, Maple Plank Salmon, Tomato Mozarella Sandwich, Seared Polenta, Nasi Goreng Cabe Ijo NSNTR (fried rice cooked with green chilli), Fried Kway Teow, Kangkung Hot Plate (stir-fry water spinach), Cah Daging Brokoli (stir-fry beef with broccoli) and many more.

NSNTR’s popular desserts have also received an upgrade, now featuring Avocado Fries, Apple Crumble and Smoothie Popsicles, also fresh-taste beverages such as Bir Pletok, Watermelon Freeze and Tropical Crush.
