Hosted at Hutan Kota by Plataran and Rumah Heritage Jakarta, “Gastronomy Diplomacy” showcased a unique culinary collaboration where the head chefs from each institution presented a menu uniting the flavours, artistry, and philosophies of Indonesia and Japan. Guests embarked on a flavourful journey through a series of collaborative dishes, each celebrating the harmony between Japanese precision and Indonesian spice.
The menu included Gado-Gado Miso, Kushiyaki and Nasi Goreng Kecombrang, Surf and Turf, and Duo Manis; which will also be served in select Plataran Venue & Dining establishments, offering guests the opportunity to experience and honor the fusion of these two vibrant cultures.
