News that will meat lovers will relish, Cutt & Grill has recently opened its 5th and latest branch at Batavia in PIK 2’s waterside dining hub.

Hailed as one of the complexes highlight restaurants, Cutt & Grill brings a sophisticated dining experience for steak enthusiasts. Located at the extended decks that protrudes towards the open waters, guests can revel in the scenic view around the establishment, where Agung Sedayu Group (AGS) plans to build a cultural and culinary centre resembling the glory days of the Batavia (old Jakarta) hub and shorelines in the past, paying homage to betawi architecture. 

As guests walk into the restaurant, they will be met with the sight of blue velvet high chairs lined up before the brown marbled countertop, under the golden hues from the muted yellow lights of the bar, displaying an array of alcohol selections. This Cutt & Grill branch is designed to invoke a contemporary steakhouse with the bar as the prominent centrepiece, where the dividers between the bar and the dining spots are filled with rows of wines; ranging from carbanet to merlot and pinot noir, the in-house sommelier ready to offer you their guidance on which type of red wine perfectly matches your chosen dish. 

At the other end of the restaurant, you can go on deck and overlook the waterside spanning from all sides, grey velvet sofas paired with marble tables, creating a chic and opulent atmosphere while guests enjoy the tranquillity that the lake offers. 

Cutt & Grill continues to offer their much-loved and popular menu items such as their Chilled Watermelon Salad, The Cutt Bone Marrow, Australian Tenderloin Steak, Beef Stroganoff Skillet to the mouth-watering desserts like Pistachio Milk Cake and bountiful Chocolate Overload cake. A variety of options ranging from USDA Prime Porterhouse, to wagyu burgers, dry-aged steaks and pastas are also available to cater to any palates.
