Bastille Day, celebrated every 14th of July, marks the storming of the Bastille prison in 1789 — a moment that sparked the French Revolution and came to symbolise liberty, unity, and the power of the people. At ALICE, this revolutionary spirit is translated into each plate, which pays homage to France’s enduring cultural and gastronomic legacy.
For the occasion, the ALICE menu fuses classical technique with modern flair, inviting diners to savour an immersive epicurean fête. From the first amuse-bouche to the final sweet finish, each dish is a nod to tradition and an ode to flavour. The menu channels that same boldness and elegance — a declaration of finesse, brought to life through its dishes and pairings.
The Bastille Day Set Menu is available for lunch and dinner at IDR 898,000++ per person, with an optional wine and cocktail pairing for an additional IDR 398,000++. À la carte selections from the menu are also available for a more tailored experience.
