The result of a collaboration between Kawan Lama Group, Sinar Mas Land, and Artotel Group: ARTOTEL Living World Kota Wisata – Cibubur, a boutique hotel featuring an art and lifestyle concept, officially opened on 21 August 2025; offering a one-stop destination for business and leisure.
The hotel’s inauguration was marked by the signing of memorabilia and a press conference attended by Theresia Setiadjaja, Director of Mall Operations at Kawan Lama Group, and Fariyanto N. Sonda, CEO of Retail and Hospitality at Sinar Mas Land, and Eduard Rudolf Pangkerego, COO of Artotel Group, along with management representatives from each company at the hotel’s Verdant Ballroom.
Spanning an area of 18,000 square metres, ARTOTEL Living World Kota Wisata – Cibubur comprises 11 floors with 196 guest rooms, offering three room types: Studio 24 (Superior), Studio 38 (Deluxe), and Studio 52 (Suite). Moreover, the hotel features two restaurants—SITRO All Day Dining and DE’ATTIC Rooftop Cafe—an infinity pool, a gym, an exclusive ARTSPACE facility, a Grand Ballroom with a capacity of up to 800 people, and 6 meeting rooms with a capacity of up to 200 people.
Seamlessly integrated with the Living World Kota Wisata Cibubur shopping centre, the hotel is easily accessible via three toll roads: Jagorawi Toll Road; JORR 1 Toll Road (via Jatiasih); and Cimanggis-Cibitung Toll Road. In addition to private vehicles, access is also supported by the Cibubur-Cawang-Dukuh Atas LRT route, as well as shuttle buses to numerous points in Jakarta such as Sudirman, Senayan, Semanggi, Grogol, and ITC Mangga Dua.
As a hotel that embraces the concept of contemporary art, ARTOTEL Living World Kota Wisata – Cibubur has collaborated with six renowned Indonesian artists including Tutu, Rizky Januar, Ella Wijt, A.T Sitompul, Bunga Yuridespita, and Zent.
