Flavours of Batavia’s limited-time dining experience presents an extensive selection of authentic Betawi-inspired dishes alongside RASA Restaurant’s signature international buffet.
Guests can enjoy a variety of beloved Betawi specialities, including the rich and creamy Soto Betawi, the iconic Nasi Uduk Kebon Kacang, the flavourful Soto Tangkar and Ayam Sampyok Heritage, a nostalgic dish inspired by traditional home cooking. The experience is further enhanced by an assortment of traditional Betawi desserts and Bir Pletok, Jakarta’s signature spiced herbal drink known for its warming blend of aromatic spices.
