One of the most anticipated social sporting events in Jakarta, “Battle of Schools: Parents Edition” padel tournament will soon hit the court at Padel Pro Satrio in Kuningan, South Jakarta, on 22 November 2025, from 8 am to 6 pm. Organised by Cornerstone Collective and SNAC (Sambil Nunggu Anak Club) Padel Community, parents from ten leading schools will compete in this friendly competition designed to not only celebrate the athletic spirit but also to strengthen the bonds among parents from Jakarta’s top educational institutions.
As the team behind the highly regarded Padel Prix supported by Michelin, Cornerstone Collective & SNAC has invited New Zealand School Jakarta, Jakarta Intercultural School (JIS), Anglo Chinese School (ACS), Ichtus School, Playhouse Academy, HEI School Senayan, Mentari School, Nord Anglia School (NAS), Sekolah Pelita Harapan (SPH), and Lentera School to send their best eight players each and compete for the ultimate city-wide bragging rights.
While the matches promise spirited rallies, the day is also expected to serve as a valuable networking platform. Parents, educators, and community figures will gather around the courts to discuss school life, student development, upcoming programmes, and shared academic values. Whether participating or cheering from the sidelines, attendees can look forward to a welcoming environment that encourages meaningful conversation.
Spectator tickets are priced at IDR 100,000 per person and include food and drinks provided by event sponsors. Families and supporters are encouraged to attend and enjoy the day-long programme.
The event is supported by Metro Padel of Metro Tennis Terminal, established in 1977, and is powered by the SNAC (Sambil Nunggu Anak Club) Padel Community, a group known for promoting padel as a recreational and social activity for parents. This collaboration underlines the tournament’s aim of fostering relationships just as much as delivering competitive play.
