It consists of favourites such as Falafel, Hummus, Fatoush Salad, Chicken Arrays, and Beef Kabsa, topped off with a Kunafa dessert. This menu costs IDR 610,000 for 2. - Asian Platter
Featuring grilled cooking techniques with signature smokey flavour, the Asian Platter invites guests to explore the exotic flavours of the continent. The platter consists of Chicken Thai Salad with Peanut Sauce, Crispy Spring Rolls, Beef Brisket Bao, and firewood-Grilled Sirloin Asian Style, topped with Sticky Mango Rice.
