This exceptional dinner promises to be a connoisseur’s delight, bringing together the finest wines from the renowned Chateau Margaux and a magnificently crafted seven-course menu handed personally by Chef Gilles Marx. Chef Gilles, with his renowned culinary creativity, designed each course to complement the unique flavours and aromas of Chateau Margaux’s vintages, creating a truly memorable dining experience, such as Wagyu Beef Bresaola Crostini and White Truffle Essence, Hokkaido Scallop and Carpaccio and Beluga Caviar, Duck Magret and Foie Gras Baked in Puff Pastry, Slow Roasted Milk Fed Baby Lamb, and Cherry Mousse with Green Tea Ice Cream and Ivory Chocolate Ice Cream.
