THE ANVAYA
For a very special afternoon tea during the Chinese New Year celebrations from 12 to 18 February 2018, head to The Anvaya. The award-winning Kunyit Restaurant offers Chinese High Tea with dim sum selections priced at IDR 125,000++ per person, while for those who fancy a majestic ocean view, Chinese High Tea at Sands Restaurant is available at IDR 155,000++ per person.

A Barong Sai and traditional Balinese Barong Dance will blend and be performed together during the evening of Chinese New Year. On 16 February, savour an exquisite Chinese buffet dinner priced at IDR 399,000++ per person inclusive of free flow Chinese green tea. The Chinese buffet will be available at Kunyit with many choices of Chinese food, including a Peking duck station, seafood corner, dim sum selections and more.

The talented team of chefs at Seminyak Kitchen has prepared an array of Chinese delights to welcome the new year. The Weekly Chinese Peranakan buffet is available every Thursday throughout the month of February from 6.30 to 9.30 PM (IDR 270,000++ per person). On Chinese New Year Day, 16 February from 6.30 to 9.30 PM, an extensive buffet line-up featuring the freshest salads, barbecued goodies, dim sum galore, to all-time favourite sweets will be dished out by the chef (IDR 335,000 per person). Children under five years old eat for free for the two promotions.

SUNDARA 
Reflecting Jimbaran’s heritage as an ancient-old fishing village, Sundara is celebrating the Earth Dog year by presenting a vodka-based special cocktail ‘Gou Nian’ for the whole month of February at IDR 488,000++ per jug for two people. While witnessing the colourful sunset view from Jimbaran Bay coastline, you can also enjoy the Chinese New Year menu, including a five-spice chicken salad with orange mint dressing, steamed spotted grouper fillet, char-grilled 200 days grain fed stockyard rib-eye, and special dessert ‘black sesame’ infused chocolate and lemon yuzu semifreddo. This a la carte menu is available from 12 to 19 February.
