Privy turns dining into a culinary journey with their newly launched Chef’s Table that brings a personal narrative exploring heritage and memory through dishes by the restaurant’s Founder and Executive Chef, Jonathan Tek. From 25–28 September 2025, guests are offered a seat at Chef Jon’s intimate corner, where Taiwan’s most beloved comfort food takes centre stage in an elevated reimagining . 

Debuting its new menu, Heritage Taiwanese Beef Noodles. Chef Jon reminisces his childhood time spent in Taipei through this flavourful tribute. The dish is rich in flavour, layered with memory, and presented with refined precision. The experience extends beyond the signature noodles, featuring accompaniments such as Luroufan with Half Duck Egg, Jia Yi Chicken Rice, and Scallion Pancake—all reinterpreted to carry the warmth of tradition with the elegance of upscale dining.

Since its opening, Privy has redefined Jakarta’s high-end dining landscape with its three-storey destination inside The Dharmawangsa Jakarta:

  • The Main Dining Floor brings Italian-American steakhouse classics with local finesse, from premium steaks to 28-Days Ribeye Bone-in MS4/5.
  • The VIP Rooms offer exclusivity for private dining, business gatherings, or milestone celebrations.
  • And now, the Chef’s Table introduces an intimate 14-seat counter, where guests witness first-hand the inspirations that fuel Chef Jon’s creations.

The Heritage Taiwanese Beef Noodles menu is available exclusively for four nights in a row, with four dining sessions each evening (5pm, 6pm, 7pm and 8pm). Each guest will enjoy one bowl of beef noodles alongside two side dishes at Rp150,000++ per person. With only 56 seats available per night and 224 in total, so reservations are expected to sell out swiftly.
