Formerly known as The Club, the seventh-floor space has been transformed into Selera Keraton, a refined sanctuary celebrating the timeless elegance of Solo and Yogyakarta. Drawing inspiration from the architecture and atmosphere of Javanese palaces, the redesigned interiors guide guests through a sequence of intimate and beautifully curated spaces, from the welcoming entrance to the Private Dining Room centred around a chef’s table, alongside the lively sophistication of The Bar and Teppan Room.
Selera Keraton presents a sensory exploration of Indonesian culture through the lens of elevated dining. The culinary philosophy bridges authentic Nusantara flavours with European finesse.
Among the highlights is The Taste of the Palace, a collection of dishes deeply rooted in royal culinary traditions. Signature offerings include Gudeg Komplit, slow-cooked with teak leaves to achieve its rich mahogany hue, alongside aromatic Beef Rendang prepared with attention to flavour and texture. Guests may also discover The Kapiratu, a savoury pancake once reserved exclusively for keraton nobility, now delicately reimagined for the modern palate. Traditional favourites such as Bestik Jawa, long associated with the Sunan of Solo, and the celebrated Serabi Solo Notosuman complete the experience.
