Guests can indulge in Fatt Choi Poon Choi, a luxurious assortment of seafood delicacies; Braised sea cucumber with dry oyster, shiitake mushroom, and broccoli in superior oyster sauce; Steamed tiger grouper prepared Hong Kong style. For heartier flavours steamed glutinous rice with Kalimantan mangrove crab and Chinese pork sausage finished with fragrant scallion oil. Wok‑fried M8 Wagyu beef with green pepper and roasted green chili paste is also a highlight of the menu. Voyage Restaurant at Vertu Harmoni Jakarta marks the Lunar New Year with its two-day “Harmony Prosperity” feast. This all-you-can-eat spread features Chinese classics alongside international dishes. Start with the Yusheng prosperity toss with salmon and plum sauce, followed by the Voyage Salad Bar and Sushi & Sashimi stations.
