A second Jakarta location has now opened on Level 3 of Lotte Mall Jakarta, following the first at Pacific Place.

The Signature Octagonal Grill sits in the middle of the table, with chicken sizzling in front of the group as everyone gets to decide what goes on next. Banchan, marinades and sauces are close by, so each cut can be enjoyed a different way, whether dipped into a sauce, paired with a side dish or wrapped up for another bite.
Palgakdo calls this the Dakdo experience, a chicken-focused way of enjoying Korean BBQ through cooking and sharing. Ordering several cuts means everyone at the table gets to try something different as the grill moves the meal from one plate to the next. The shared grill suits dinner with friends, family meals or casual gatherings with colleagues, especially when everyone has a different idea of what should go on the grill next.

Operated by ISMAYA Group, the restaurant offers diners another place to try the brand’s chicken-focused Korean BBQ. The menu also goes beyond the grill, with noodles, soups and stews, rice balls and fried rice available alongside the chicken. A range of marinades and sauces adds even more combinations to try throughout the meal.
