On Indonesian Independence Day, PHM Hotels throughout Indonesia simultaneously launched ‘Wisata Gastronomi – Nuansa Nusantara’, a food and beverage programme created to highlight the rare culinary treasures of the country, inviting guests to savour both the stories and flavours of regional dishes, no matter where they are.
This is the third iteration of the hotel group’s ‘Wisata Gastronomi’ (gastronmy tourism) programme, which was created to emphasise not only the joy of eating, but also to infuse a sense of discovery and learning. As such, the food programme includes opportunities to learn about the history, culture and daily practices of the food’s creation and traditions.
This year’s theme is titled ‘Nuansa Nusantara’ (Nuances of the Archipelago) and invites the entire community to embark on a culinary journey with unique treats being served at all the brands under PHM Hotels: THE HAVEN, THE 1O1, 1O1 URBAN, and FRii with unique treats unique to each city according to its character.
This program is available for two months, August 2023 to October 2023.
