These cute cookies are the best way to spread Christmas cheer. All you need is one batch of royal icing Red sanding sugar, finely shredded coconut, white nonpareils and sprinkles for decorating. Use the thicker icing, outline each cookie, then fill it by using the thinner flooding icing. While wet, sprinkle it with red sanding sugar, finely shredded coconut, nonpareils and sprinkles. Once dry, decorate with additional thicker white icing and let it sit.

Spread glaze on thecookies, then cut licorice eyes, nose and ears, and place in wet glaze. Sprinkle with coconut for fur and add red ribbon for the perfect Christmas polar bear.
