Having been fully open in the upscale SCBD LOT 19 and headed in collaboration with the Savaya Group by the culinary expertise of Chef Cédric Vongerichten, the suave social dining destination continues to entice guests with its ‘artistry of butchery’, putting fine cuts of meat and premium seafood in the spotlight. For New Year’s Eve, The Nineteen Jakarta unveils an Early Dinner Set Menu priced at IDR 750K++ per person before 8 pm, for 1.5 hours of seating, alongside a Complete Tasting Experience that goes for IDR 1.2M++ from 8:30 pm.
For small plates, bites and delights, the restaurant presents its dishes of Canadian oyster, tenderloin beef carpaccio, and foie gras ‘torchon’. With bluefin tuna tartlet with bonito aioli and mentaiko shoring up the appetizers, it sets the stage for the saucy main course: yellow corn-fed rotisserie chicken, lobster ravioli, and grass-fed Australian tenderloin. In addition to grilled sugar snaps and chicory, pomme purée, seasonal mushrooms and monkey bread as simmering sides, the menu features green ape sorbet, Jika Chocolat tart and Mille-Feuille for dessert.
