On 27 November, guests were invited to indulge in a lavish buffet spread and beautifully set tables full of festive delights. Starting off with a perfectly roasted American turkey, served with all the classic trimmings like the buttery mashed potatoes, tangy cranberry sauce, and herb-infused stuffing, this dish captured the warmth of home. Then, adding a modern touch, the restaurant prepared mint-crusted Australian lamb rack that promised tender, flavourful perfection, while fresh seafood, seasonal salads, and artisan breads complemented the hearty mains.
To further elevate the evening, guests enjoyed a pass-around canapés and delicate caviar-infused creations that brought a refined touch to the celebration.
