Seasonal Taste, located on the 51st floor, is the appointed destination to experience the rich flavours of Vietnam through an artfully curated menu by Chef Thinh, highlighting dishes crafted with fresh ingredients and a delicate balance of taste. 

Guests can look forward to specialties, such as Bánh Xèo (pancake with tiger prawn), Phở Bò and Phở Gà (rice noodle soup with beef or chicken), Tôm Chiên Sốt Me (deep fried tiger prawn with tamarind sauce), Cơm Chiên Ghẹ Phú Quốc or Phu Quoc (wok-fried rice with crab meat), and desserts such as Chè Khúc Bạch (almond panna cotta lychee sweet soup) as well as Bánh Da Lợn (steamed layer cake).

This special collaboration is available for dinner, priced at IDR 588,000++ per person on weekdays and IDR 658,000++ per person on weekends.
