Naicla Steak & Grill at GAIA Cosmo Hotel in Yogyakarta officially opened on October 8, 2022 and carries the theme “a la plancha”, which is a classic method of cooking meat. The meat is grilled on a flat steel plate using a fire source from firewood with a high temperature of 300 degrees Celsius, so the cooking process is faster and more precise. Using only from the finest ingredients, the meat is simply seasoned, bringing out the authentic taste of the meat. The cooked meat will be tender and juicy on the inside. Naicla Steak & Grill is the only steakhouse in Yogyakarta that uses this cooking method.
Guests can directly watch the cooking process using the wood-fire ‘a la plancha’ grill and interact with the Grill Master (the name for those who process the meat until it is cooked). Naicla Steak & Grill is located on the rooftop of GAIA Cosmo Hotel Yogyakarta, so guests can see the beauty of the city of Yogyakarta while enjoying the various menu items available. For a single portion, guests can choose imported or local beef Tenderloin, Sirloin, or Ribeye. Besides meat, guests can order Chicken Milanese, Duck Breast, and Blackened Salmon. There is also a steak-to-share menu to be enjoyed with relatives and friends, such as AUS Angus Tomahawk, US Tenderloin Loaf, US T-Bone, and Lamb Rack.
