True to its name, Paris Bistro serves the classical charms of a Parisian neighbourhood restaurant in Jakarta. Opening on the 13th floor of Jakarta Mori Tower, Sudirman, guests are invited to savour traditional French dishes within a refined, old-world atmosphere, uniquely juxtaposing metropolitan views and modern city-centre surroundings.
The restaurant is the newest opening by La Rochelle Group, owned by French friends Jonas Bourhis and Sacha Lefebvre, known best for their other Jakarta venture, Paris Sorbet. Continuing this legacy of sharing French delights in the city, Paris Bistro authentically recreates the whimsical atmosphere of the quintessential bistro, complete with vintage-inspired décor, marble-topped tables, wicker chairs and intimate lighting.with a spacious outdoor terrace —a nod to the popular café culture of Paris— and a cosy-yet-refined indoor dining space sure to catch the eye of upmarket Jakarta diners.

It is not simply the ambience that has been accurately emulated, the very soul of these traditional eateries shines through. Bistros are approachable dining establishments, where the most hearty of French home and countryside cooking can be savoured and celebrated. Open from breakfast to dinner, diners can enjoy a broad range of dishes prepared by French-trained chefs.
Enjoy Oeufs à la Coque (soft boiled eggs served with baguette, comté cheese, aioli); Os à Moelle aux Escargots (bone marrow and escargot in butter and herb crumbs); Vol-au-Vent (puff pastry shell filled chicken, mushrooms and beef jus); to Pâte de Campagne (country-style pate with pork terrine). Expect classics on the Mains from Bouef Bourguignon, Confit de Canard, Steak Tartare and Bouillabaisse. French cheeses and freshly-baked breads ensure utmost authenticity to the bistro experience.

To complete the dining experience, the bistro offers a curated selection of French wines, from crisp Chardonnays to bold Bordeaux, as well as handcrafted French desserts, including crème brûlée and tarte Tatin. For breakfast and brunch enthusiasts, freshly baked croissants and artisan coffee is served daily.
